摘要
使用吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱联用仪,采用SIM扫描模式对地下水中7种挥发性有机物进行了测定,并对其方法进行了深入研究。结果表明,7种挥发性有机物的线性范围良好,相关系数在0.994~0.9999范围内;检出限在0.2μg/L^0.4μg/L之间;精密度相对标准偏差在0.0%~3.8%之间;实际样品的加标回收率在74.0%~106.0%范围内;替代物的加标回收率在83.0%~108.0%之间;曲线中间点标准溶液的测定偏差在3%~13%之间。说明该方法在本实验室具有较低的检出限、良好的线性和精密度,较高的准确度。适用于本实验室地下水中该7种挥发性有机物的测定,同时为地下水中1,3,5-三氯苯的测定提供了依据。
The results showed that the linear range of the seven volatile organic compounds was good,the lin-ear correlation cofficients were in the range of 0.994-0.9999;the detection limits were 0.2μg/L-0.4μg/L;.the relative standard deviations of precision were in the range of 0.0%-3.8%;the standard recovery rates of the actual samples and substitutes were in the rangeof 74.0%-106.0%and 82.0%-108.0%,respectively;the deviations of the standard solution at the middle point of the curve were in the range of 3%-13%.It indicates that this method has low detection limits,good linearity and precision,and high accuracy.
