摘要
大洋多金属结核含有粘性海泥,具有较强的粘附性。使用行星式球磨机破碎样品时,会出现样品细微颗粒粘附研磨罐和研磨球的问题。清洗粘附研磨罐和研磨球的大洋多金属结核细微颗粒时,主要有以下4种方法:(1)德国Fritsch Pulversett-5球磨机官方推荐方法;(2)两遍干砂土研磨方法;(3)一遍干砂土研磨+5%~10%草酸溶液擦洗方法;(4)5%~10%草酸溶液泡洗方法。这4种方法各有优缺点,其中效果较好,在生产实践中较常用的就是第(2)、(3)种方法,这两种方法操作简单,又能很好地将研磨罐和研磨球清洗干净。
Oceanic polymetallic nodules have strong adhesion.There are mainly four methods to clean the fine particles of oceanic polymetallic nodules attached to grinding tanks and balls,the method recom-mended in the German Fritsch Pulversett-5 ball mill manual,the method of grinding dry sand twice,the method of grinding dry sand with+5%to 10%oxalic acid solution scrubbing,and the bubble washing method with 5%-10%oxalic acid solution.Comparing these four methods,the second and third methods are simpler and more effective,and more commonly used.
