少先队员责任心及其培养路径

Study on Young Pioneer's Sense of Responsibility and Its Training Path

责任心是少先队员应做到的“行事”之德。它是少先队员在少先队组织中对自身所应承担责任的认识,以及由此产生的情感体验和行为习惯。少先队员责任心的形成需经历依从、认同和内化三个阶段,发生从他律到自律的蜕变。结合少先队员责任心的心理结构和形成过程,分别从责任认知、责任情感及责任行为这三个维度提出具有针对性的少先队员责任心的培养对策。

The sense of responsibility is the virtue that young pioneer should do,which is related to awareness,emotional experience and behavior habit of young pioneer's responsibility in the organization of Chinese Young Pioneers.Young pioneer's sense of responsibility goes through the development of“compliance stage”,“identification stage”and“internalization stage”,so that it develops from passive discipline to self-discipline.Based on psychological structure and forming process of sense of responsibility,this paper puts forward specific strategies from three parts of“responsibility cognition”,“responsibility emotion”and“responsibility behavior”.
