摘要
机器人辅助置钉技术是脊柱外科应用的一部分,近年来机器人辅助置钉技术不断发展并在脊柱外科得到广泛应用。临床治疗颈椎、胸椎、腰椎以及复杂的脊柱侧凸和椎管内肿瘤时,机器人辅助置钉的准确率较高、穿破骨皮质的风险较低,与徒手置钉相比,应用机器人辅助置钉更加准确,与较新的3D打印导板辅助置钉相比,机器人技术在取得相同精准度的同时,还可以减少患者所受的辐射剂量、减少手术操作,不需要进行复杂的3D重建,逐渐受到脊柱外科医师的青睐。
Robot-assisted inserting pedicle screw technology is a part of spine surgery application,which keeps developing and getting more and more applicatios in recent years.In the clinical treatment of cervical,thoracic,lumbar and complex spinal convexity and spinal canal tumors,the technology has a higher accuracy and a lower risk of penetrating the cortical bone.Compared with inserting pedicle screws by hand,the technology is more accurate;compared with the newer 3D printed guide assisted inserting pedicle screws technology,the technology can achieve the same accuracy while reducing the radiation dose received by the patient,reducing the fatigue of the surgeon,and eliminating the need for complicated 3D reconstruction operations,therefore is increasingly favored by the spinal surgeons.
