帕金森病轻度认知障碍患者脑结构影像的研究进展

Research Progress of Mild Cognitive Impairment and Brain Structural Imaging in Patients with Parkinson′s Disease

帕金森病(PD)被认为是一种运动障碍疾病,但某些早期PD患者仍存在非运动症状(如认知障碍),对其生活质量造成影响。目前,尚无预测PD合并轻度认知障碍进展为痴呆的确切影像学标志物。脑结构的磁共振成像以及弥散张量成像是目前探讨PD合并认知障碍与脑结构改变相关性的技术手段,但相关研究结果仍存在争议。因此,如何应用定量的影像学方法阐明PD认知功能障碍的发病机制以及建立稳定、有效的预测模型成为亟须解决的问题。

Parkinson′s disease(PD)is considered as a kind of dyskinesia,but some early PD patients still have non motor symptoms(such as cognitive impairment),which affect their quality of life.At present,there is no accurate imaging marker to predict the progression of PD with mild cognitive impairment to dementia.Magnetic resonance imaging and diffusion tensor imaging of brain structure are currently the technical means to explore the correlation between cognitive impairment and brain structure changes in PD patients,but the relevant research results are still controversial.Therefore,how to use quantitative imaging methods to elucidate the pathogenesis of PD cognitive impairment and establish a stable and effective prediction model has become an urgent problem.
