关节镜清理联合中药热奄包治疗膝骨性关节炎临床研究

Clinical study of arthroscopic debridement combined with traditional chinese medicine hot sputum in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的:观察关节镜清理联合中药热奄包治疗膝骨性关节炎(OA)的临床疗效。方法:选择2017年7月—2019年6月骨伤科住院的OA患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用关节镜清理术,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药热奄包。观察两组膝关节指数评分及视觉模拟(VAS)评分、膝关节肿胀情况、临床疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗前两组的膝关节周径、膝关节指数评分及VAS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组膝关节指数及VAS评分均降低,膝关节周径均减小,且观察组降低幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:关节镜清理联合中药热奄包能有效改善患者疼痛及膝关节肿胀情况,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic debridement combined with Chinese herbal medicine hot sputum in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(OA).Methods:All 60 patients with OA who were hospitalized in orthopedics department from July 2017 to June 2019.Sixty patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with arthroscopic debridement.The observation group was supplemented with traditional Chinese medicine hot sputum on the basis of the control group.The knee joint index score,visual analogue scale(VAS),knee joint swelling and clinical efficacy were observed.Results:There was no significant difference in knee circumference index,knee joint index score and VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the knee joint index score and VAS score were decreased,and the knee joint circumference was average.The decrease was more significant in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate in the observation group was higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic debride combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot sputum can effectively improve the pain and swelling of the knee joint and improve the clinical efficacy.
