摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌高回声晕超声特征与雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)、孕激素受体(progesterone receptor,PR)表达水平的相关性。方法回顾性分析60例乳腺癌高回声晕的超声特征,包括晕环的最大厚度、完整性、清晰度、规则与否及血流分级,并与病理结果和ER、PR结果进行对比分析。结果完整、清晰的高回声晕ER阳性率和PR阳性率均高于不完整、不清晰的高回声晕,完整、清晰的高回声晕与ER、PR阳性表达有相关性,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同血流分级的高回声晕与ER、PR阳性结果表达的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),血流分级与ER阳性结果表达水平呈弱相关。高回声晕的最大厚度及规则性与ER、PR阳性结果表达均无相关性,且差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乳腺癌高回声晕的完整性和清晰度与ER、PR阳性表达具有一定的相关性。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the ultrasonographic features of hyperechoic halo and the expression levels of ER and PR in breast cancer.Methods The ultrasonographic features of hyperechoic halo in 60 cases of breast cancer were retrospectively analyzed,including maximum thickness,integrity,clarity,regularity and blood flow grading of halo rings.The results were compared with those of pathology,ER and PR.Results The ER and PR positive rates of complete and clear high echo halo rings were higher than those of incomplete and unclear halo rings.Complete and clear high echo halo rings were correlated with ER and PR positive expression,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression level of ER and PR positive results between halo of different blood flow grading(P>0.05),but there was a weak correlation between the expression level of ER positive results and blood flow grading.There was no correlation between the thickness and regularity of halo ring and the expression level of ER and PR positive results,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The integrity and clarity of hyperechoic halo in breast cancer are correlated with ER and PR positive expression.
