CT MPR在桡骨远端骨折分型中的应用价值 被引量:3

The value of CT and MPR in the classification of distal radius fracture

摘要 目的探讨常规CT、CT多平面重建(multiple planar reconstruction,MPR)在桡骨远端骨折分型中的应用价值。方法选取2016年9月~2017年9月在我院接受治疗的桡骨远端骨折患者46例,均予以CT常规扫描,完成后对图像实施MPR重建,对比CT常规扫描、MPR对患者骨折的分型情况。结果CT显示关节内骨块数目、背缘分离移位距离、背侧骨块厚度少于术中确诊结果所见,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MPR显示关节内骨块数目、背缘分离移位距离、背侧骨块厚度与手术中确诊结果对比差异无统计意义(P>0.05);MPR检查AO分型与术中确诊结果符合率是97.83%,高于CT常规检查的76.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MPR对桡骨远端骨折AO分型的准确率、特异度、灵敏度均较常规CT高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于常规CT,MPR对桡骨远端骨折AO分型的准确率更高,且效能良好。 Objective To investigate the value of CT and CT multiplanar reconstruction(MPR)in the classification of distal radius fractures.Methods 46 patients with distal radius fractures who underwent treatment from September 2016 to September 2017 were enrolled in the study.All patients underwent CT scan.After completion,the images were subjected to MPR.The CT scan and MPR were used to classify the fracture.Happening.Results CT showed that the number of bones in the joint,the separation distance of the dorsal margin,and the thickness of the dorsal bone were less than the results of intraoperative diagnosis,wit statistically significant differenle(P<0.05).MPR showed no statistical significance in the number of bones in the joint,the distance of the separation of the dorsal margin,the thickness of the dorsal bone and the difference in the diagnosis(P>0.05).The coincidence rate of MPR examination AO classification and intraoperative diagnosis was 97.83%,which was higher than 76.09%of CT line examination,with statistically significant(P<0.05).The accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of MPR for AO typing of distal radius fractures were higher than those of CT,with statistically significanle(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with CT,MPR has a higher accuracy and good performance for AO typing of distal radius fractures.
