摘要
目的探讨长途奔袭训练后髌软骨T2^*弛豫时间变化。方法对20例新兵于训练前后分别行右膝关节MRI检查,数据传输到SEIMENS3.0T磁共振工作站,用软件处理后产生伪彩图。髌软骨按照髌骨嵴分为内、外侧髌软骨,然后将内、外侧髌软骨分别按其上下径平均分为上部及下部,分别测量四个区域髌软骨深层、浅层T2^*弛豫时间,比较训练前后对应区域T2^*弛豫时间的变化,训练前后T2^*弛豫时间比较采用配对样本t检验,运动前后髌软骨不同区域T2^*弛豫时间变化率采用单因素方差分析。结果与训练前相比,训练后外上、外下、内上髌软骨浅层及外下髌软骨深层T2^*弛豫时间延长有统计学意义(P=0.004,P=0.001,P=0.001,P=0.001),但其相互间T2^*弛豫时间变化率无统计学意义(F=0.823,P=0.485);内下髌软骨浅层及内上、内下、外上髌软骨深层T2弛豫时间均无统计学意义(P=0.015,P,0.021,P=0.026,P=0.356)。结论磁共振T2-starMapping成像可以发现新兵长途奔袭后髌软骨生物成分早期变化,或对科学训练、早期临床干预具有一定的参考价值。
Objective To study the T2^*relaxation time of patellar cartilage after long distance running training.Methods MRI scans were applied to the right knee joints of 20 recruits before and after training,and the scan data were imported to Seimens 3.0 T,the MRI workstation,to create color maps.By patella crest,the patella cartilage was divided into medial patella cartilage and lateral patella cartilage.The medial and lateral patella cartilages were further evenly divided into the upper part and the lower part by the vertical diameter.The T2^*relaxation times of the deep and shallow layers of patella cartilage of above-mentioned four parts were measured respectively,to calculate the T2^*relaxation time change.Paired-samples t-test was adopted to compare the T2^*relaxation times before and after training,and one-way ANOVA was adopted to analyze the change rate of T2^*relaxation time in each part.Results The T2^*relaxation time will become longer in each part of the patella cartilage,and statistical significance exited in the T2^*relaxation time prolongation in the shallow layers of upper lateral,lower lateral and upper medial patella cartilage,and in the deep layer of lower lateral patella cartilage(P=0.004,P=0.001,P=0.001,P=0.001),but no statistical significance was found in the change rates of T2^*relaxation rimes(F=0.823,P=0.485).No statistical significance was found in the T2^*relaxation time change in the shallow layer of lower medial cartilage,and in the deep layers of upper medial,lower medial and upper lateral cartilage(P=0.015,P=0.021,P=0.026,P=0.356).Conclusion MRI T 2-starMapping technique could be used to detect the early changes of biotic components in recruits’patella cartilage after long-distance raid,and has certain reference values for scientific training and early clinical intervention.
