摘要
视神经炎(optic neuritis,ON)通常是多发性硬化的初期表现,应用磁共振成像可以无创性的观察ON患者的视神经以及中枢神经系统是否存在异常改变,并可以监测病情,评估疗效。本文对各种磁共振成像技术在ON患者中的应用进行综述。
Optic neuritis(ON)is often the initial presentation of multiple sclerosis.Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)can observe the abnormal changes non-invasive in optic nerve and central nervous system of ON patients.MRI has wide prospects to be applied in the diagnosis,condition monitoring and efficacy evaluation of the ON patients.This article reviews the application of MRI in patients with ON.
