试论民办高校职业指导工作的开展和推动

On the Development and Promotion of Vocational Guidance in Private Colleges and Universities

职业指导工作的开展是一项系统化、长期化的工程,是根据学生培养目标和学校教学特点,帮助学生结合自己的自身特点和条件选择合适的就业方向,有利于学生的职业发展。本文基于民办高校职业指导工作开展的现状,将多所民办高校调查数据与自身实际工作经验相结合,指出了民办高校职业指导工作开展中存在的问题,并对制约民办高校实现更高质量职业指导的原因进行了分析,最后结合在职业指导工作中探索出的若干实践经验,提出民办高校开展和推动职业指导工作的有效途径,从而实现更高质量的职业指导,并期许给相关管理人员提供有益的借鉴意义。

The development of vocational guidance is a systematic and long-term project,which is to help students choose the right employment direction according to their own characteristics and conditions according to their training objectives and school teaching characteristics,which is conducive to their career development.Based on the current situation of vocational guidance in private colleges and universities,this paper combines the survey data of many private colleges and their own practical work experience,points out the problems existing in the development of vocational guidance in private colleges and universities,analyzes the reasons that restrict private colleges to achieve higher quality vocational guidance,and finally combines some practical experience explored in the vocational guidance.This paper puts forward the effective ways to carry out and promote vocational guidance in private colleges and universities,so as to achieve higher quality vocational guidance,and hopes to provide useful reference for relevant managers.
