As a main position for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents,vocational colleges combine the best combination of mental and physical labor with professional knowledge to form superb technical skills.Labor is the main way to promote the combination of theory and practice,form skills and promote development.This paper will examine the labor education system of vocational colleges from the perspective of people’s all-round development,and construct a"one-minded and four-in-one"labor education modernization to improve the labor literacy of students,improve the students’vocational skills,and promote all-round development of human beings.
