高职院校职业生涯发展教育课程思政路径探析

On the Ideological and Political Path of Career Development Education Curriculum in Higher Vocational Colleges

以课程思政理念为基础,本文探索思想政治教育与大学生职业生涯发展教育有效融合,实现以人为本的教育教学理念。文章中充分挖掘了职业生涯发展教育课程中课程思政的元素,分析了思政教育与职业发展教育的融合发展路径,尝试性创新教学方法,潜移默化地引导与激励学生在未来的职业生涯中树立坚定的理想信念,培养良好的职业素养。

Based on the idea of curriculum ideological and political education,this paper explores the effective integration of ideological and political education and college students’career development education to realize the people-oriented education and teaching concept.We should fully tap the elements of curriculum ideological and political education and analyse the integration development path of optimizing ideological and political education and college students’career development,try to innovate teaching methods,and imperceptibly guide and inspire students to establish firm ideals and beliefs in their future career and cultivate good professionalism.
