The Dilemma and Countermeasure of Carrying out the Theme Education of “Never Forgetting the Original Intention and Keeping the Mission in Mind” for College Graduate Party Members

高校毕业生流动党员的教育管理越来越成为新时期党建工作的难点。本文结合高校基层党支部开展"不忘初心、牢记使命"主题教育的实施背景,分析了当前高校毕业生流动党员的群体特征及主题教育开展过程中客观存在的问题和挑战,探讨了主题教育实效提升的具体举措。

The education and management of the floating Party members of college graduates has become more and more difficult in the Party construction work in the new era.Based on the background of carrying out the theme education of"never forgetting the original intention and keeping the mission in mind",this paper analyzes the group characteristics of current college graduates’floating Party members,the objective problems and challenges in the process of carrying out the theme education,and probes into the specific measures to improve the effectiveness of the theme education.
