教师技能大赛能够有效带动教学改革,不断落实课程机制创新,使得当前的高职教育取得显著突破。高职院校中酒店管理专业学生未来将从事服务行业工作,更加需要以老师作为自己的榜样,使得自己在毕业以后能够通过自身的竞争优势找到满意的工作。因此,本文将以酒店管理专业为例,通过分析如何将教师技能大赛与教学联系起来,探讨教师技能比赛对教学反馈的作用,旨在为有关老师提供一定的借鉴意义。

The teacher skill contest can effectively drive the teaching reform,carry out the innovation of curriculum mechanism continuously,and make the current higher vocational education make a remarkable breakthrough.Higher vocational college hotel management students will be engaged in the future service industry work,more need to take the teacher as their own example,so that after graduation they can find their own competitive advantages to find a satisfactory job.Therefore,this paper will take the hotel management major as an example,through the analysis on how to link the teacher skills competition with teaching,and explore the role of teacher skills competition in teaching feedback,in order to provide some reference significance for the teachers concerned.
