摘要
百业腾骧、中华数千年文明蓬勃发展,对教师提出更高要求,本文意使教师理解教师"垂范"在高等院校体育教学中的重要性,实现最优化教学。本文采用文献检索法,针对传统体育教学枯燥单一,学生意志力不足等问题,通过教师"垂范"引导学生形成正确品德行为和思维方式。研究表明:体育教师"垂范"推动学校体育事业发展;带动其他教育工作者工作积极性;教师行为举止影响学校声誉;有利于教师自身威望的建立,使自身课程生动形象,富有感召力;确保体育课进行顺利,学生身心幸福,提高文化课的学习效率;为学生营造了一个氛围极好的"校园教育场",促使其知识习得、行为养成、健康成长;提高学生面对困难时的意志力。
With the rapid development of thousands of years’civilization in China,the higher requirements are put forward for teachers.This paper aims to make teachers understand the importance of"model"in physical education teaching in higher colleges,and realize the optimization of teaching.And the method of literature retrieval is used to guide students to form correct moral behavior and thinking mode through the teachers’"model"in view of the problems of the traditional physical education teaching,such as monotony and lack of students’willpower.The research shows that:PE teachers’"model"to promote the development of school sports;to promote the enthusiasm of other educators;teachers’behavior affects the reputation of the school;it is conducive to the establishment of teachers’own prestige,making their own curriculum vivid and inspiring;to ensure the smooth progress of PE,students’physical and mental well-being,improve the learning efficiency of cultural courses;to create a"campus education field"with excellent atmosphere to promote the acquisition of knowledge,the cultivation of behavior and the healthy growth of students,and improve their willpower in the face of difficulties.
