摘要
因为对跨文化教学模式的深层次含义缺乏了解,英语课堂出现了文化教学生态发展不平衡的不良现象,英语教学中许多人都过于关注西方文化的引入,从而导致中国传统文化输入与输出不受关注。本文将通过阐释英语教学课程标准中关于培养跨文化人才的要求,初步分析英语教学中培养跨文化人才的不足。同时,呼吁在教学过程中要注意维护英语课堂的文化教学生态的平衡。最后,笔者根据英语文化教学生态系统的五大元素,提出在英语教学中培养跨文化人才的建议。
Due to the lack of understanding of the deep meaning of cross-cultural teaching mode,there is a bad phenomenon of unbalanced development of cultural teaching ecology in English classroom.Many people in English teaching pay too much attention to the introduction of western culture,resulting in the lack of attention to the input and output of traditional Chinese culture.This paper will explain the requirements of cultivating intercultural talents in English teaching curriculum standards,analyze the deficiencies of cultivating intercultural talents in English teaching,and call for attention to maintain the balance of cultural teaching ecology in English classroom.Finally,based on the five elements of English cultural teaching ecosystem,the author proposes some suggestions on cultivating cross-cultural talents in English teaching.
