摘要
为鉴定不同大麦种质材料的耐盐性强弱,以不同浓度的NaCl溶液对8份大麦供试材料的种子进行了胁迫处理。结果表明,随着NaCl胁迫浓度的增大,种子萌发抑制作用明显增强,在供试8份大麦种质材料中,不同大麦种子萌发受NaCl胁迫的程度不同,综合评价得出各材料的耐盐性顺序为1号>2号>5号、6号、8号>7号>3号>4号。
In order to identify the salinity tolerance of different barley germplasm materials,the seeds of 8 barley germplasm materials were subjected to stress treatment with different concentrations of NaCl solution.The results showed that seed germination inhibition was significantly enhanced with the increase of NaCl stress concentration.Among the 8 barley materials tested,different barley seed germination degrees were different under NaCl stress,and the order of salinity tolerance of 8 barley materials was obtained through comprehensive evaluation:No.1>No.2>No.5,No.6,No.8>No.7>No.3>No.4.
