摘要
分析了常规浸出-碳热还原法、热酸浸出-黄钾铁矾法、热酸浸出-针铁矿法、热酸(或还原)浸出-赤铁矿法等几种湿法炼锌工艺的发展现状及工艺特点。基于100 kt/a电锌的生产规模,对采用这几种工艺的操作条件、有价金属回收、铁渣产量及无害化处理等方面进行了比较,赤铁矿法在有价金属回收和伴生铁资源化利用方面优势显著,具有广阔的发展和应用前景。
The development current situation and process features of several kinds of zinc haydrometallurgy processes,such as the conventional leaching-carbon thermal reduction method,hot acid leaching-Jarosite process,hot acid leaching-goethite process,hot acid(or reduction)leaching-hemmatite process are analyzed.Based on the 100 kt/a production scale of electrolytic zinc,the comparison is carried out among the operation conditions,including the valuable metals recycling,scum yield,harmless treatment and the other aspects of the several kinds of processes,we can get the results that the hemmatite process has the obvious advantages in the aspect of valuable metals recycling and the resource utilization of associated iron,which has the broad development and application prospect.
