摘要
次氧化锌粉经一次酸浸出,浸出后液沉锗,回收锗;一次酸浸出渣再进行二次酸浸出,产出铅银精矿回收铅银;沉锗后液进行空气氧化沉铁除杂质、活性炭除有机物,空氧后液再净化电解得到0#锌,锌锭质量符合GB/T470-2008要求。
Acid leaching of secondary zinc oxide powder,and then germanium precipitation is done to recycle germanium;the first acid leaching residues shall be treated by secondary acid leaching to generate lead-silver concentration and to recycle lead and silver;the reacted liquid of germanium precipitation shall be treated by air oxidation and iron precipitation for impurities removal,the activated carbon shall be used for organic matters removal,the air oxidation reacted liquid shall be treated by repurification and electrolysis to generate 0#zinc,the quality of zinc ingot can meet the requirements of GB/T470-2008.
