摘要
介绍了铜冶炼过程产生磁性铁的基本原理,从理论上分析了磁性铁的产生及控制机理。通过生产实践研究,控制熔炼渣硅铁比0.7~0.9,可以实现磁性铁含量范围为3%~7%,端压保持(9~10.5)kPa,可降低渣含铜。控制吹炼渣磁性铁含量范围在25%~35%,可提高铜直收率,防止泡沫渣的发生。
The basic principle of magnetic iron produced in copper smelting process is introduced,the production and controlling mechanism of magnetic iron is analyzed theoretically.Through the production practice study,the silicon-iron ratio of the smelting slag is in the range of 0.7~0.9,the magnetic iron content range is 3%~7%,the end pressure keeps(9~10.5)kPa,the copper-containing slag can be reduced.The content range of magnetic iron in blowing slag is 25%~35%,the direct recovery rate of copper can be increased to prevent the generation of foaming slag.
