摘要
针对国内某钢厂的生产实践,对预应力混凝土用钢棒专用母材TS800U高线盘条时效性能进行了研究。结果表明:TS800U钢中氮含量高(>0.0095wt%),高线采用低温轧制及快速冷却工艺,钢中形成大量过饱和的N、C间隙原子及残余应力增加,导致钢材时效性能差及时效周期长,易产生拉拔断裂及滞后断裂等质量缺陷。针对上述成因,对TS800U化学成分、炼钢及轧钢工艺进行了优化改进,钢中氮含量降至0.0075 wt%以下,时效周期由15 d降至7 d,时效性能进一步改善,盘条滞后断裂质量异议大幅降低,产品质量显著改善。
The aging performance of TS800U high speed wire rod is studied and researched,which is the specialized raw material for steel bar for prestressed concrete according to the production practice of one domestic steel plant.The results show:nitrogen content in TS800U steel is high(>0.0095wt%),low temperature rolling and rapid cooling process is adopted for the production of high speed wire,so there are a lot of supersaturated N,C interstitial atom and because of the increased residual stress,which caused the poor aging performance and long aging period of steel,therefore the quality flaw,such as drawing fracture,delayed fracture and so on is easy to generated.According to the above mentioned reasons,the chemical component of TS800U,steel smelting and steel rolling process are optimized and improved,the nitrogen content in steel is reduced to 0.0075wt%,the aging period is reduced from 15 days to 7 days,the aging performance is improved further,the quality objection,like delayed fracture of steel wire rod is decreased greatly,the product quality is improved obviously.
