霍普金森撞击杆对入射波形影响的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究不同撞击杆入射脉冲的波形特征,利用SHPB冲击试验对撞击杆几何结构对入射波形的影响展开研究。通过波形对比发现,柱锥形撞击杆的入射波曲线上升沿最为平缓光滑,振荡现象不明显,分析表明撞击杆的前锥段影响曲线上升沿,尾锥段影响曲线下降沿;随着锥段的增长曲线逐渐变得平缓,且振荡现象和曲线峰值应力有所降低;基于以上试验结果得到双锥形撞击杆更适合岩石类材料的SHPB实验。 The study on the effect of drop bar's geometric structure on incident wave is carried out by using of SHPB shock test in order to study the waveform feature of incident pulse of the different drop bar.The rising edge of the incident wave curve of conical column drop bar is the most gently smooth,the vibration phenomena is not obvious,the analysis show,the first cone of drop bar affects the rising edge of curve,the tail cone section of the drop bar affects the falling edge of the curve;the curve gradually become smoothly along with the cone section's increasing,the vibration phenomena and curve peak stress has a certain decreasing;based on the above mentioned test results,we can know that the biconical drop bar is more proper for SHPB test with rock materials.
