摘要 非物质文化遗产的保护和传承是弘扬民族优秀传统文化、重振工匠精神的前提和基础。工匠精神凝聚了中华民族的文化创造力,表现了中华文明独特的气质风貌,是人类文明精神价值的主要表征,也是新时代社会主义核心价值的重要精神构成。工匠精神的传承与创新是非物质文化遗产的传承及创造性转换与创新发展的重要内容。建构职业教育系统的非遗教育传承实践体系,践行工匠精神,促进优秀传统文化价值理性与工具理性相统一,才能实现个人精神价值向社会价值的转化。 The protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage is the prerequisite and basis for carrying forward the nation's excellent traditional culture and reviving the spirit of craftsmen.As the main symbol of the spiritual value of human civilization,and an im⁃portant spiritual composition of the socialist core value in the new era,the craftsman spirit condenses the cultural creativity of the Chinese nation,and expresses the unique temperament of the Chinese civilization.The inheritance and innovation of the craftsman spirit is an im⁃portant part of the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage and the creative transformation and innovation development.Only by con⁃structing the non-legacy education inheritance and practice system of the vocational education system,practicing the craftsmanship spirit,and promoting the integration of excellent traditional cultural value rationality and instrumental rationality can the transformation of per⁃sonal spiritual value into social value be realized.
