现代书院制是新形势下行业特色高校为适应高等教育时代发展所做出的积极探索。西安电子科技大学书院制改革试点的探索,为行业特色高校的书院制改革提供了经验借鉴。行业特色高校的书院制改革应在把握好书院制核心精神内涵的基础上积极进行校本化尝试,遵循学校的内涵和特征,明确书院功能定位,从体制机制上创造条件做好保障,激发书院的持续发展动力。

The modern college system is a positive exploration for colleges to adapt to the development of higher education under the new situation.The college system pilot reform exploration in Xidian University provides experience for the reform of the college system with industry characteristics.The reform of college system in colleges and universities with industry characteristics should actively try to make school-based study on the basis of grasping the core spiritual connotation of college system,follow the connotation and characteris⁃tics of school,make clear the function orientation of college,create conditions to guarantee from the system mechanism,and motivate the sustained college development.
