政校合作背景下中高职融通办学模式的研究——以柳州城市职业学院鹿寨分院为例

摘要 在地方政府的政策支持和强力推动下,市属高职院校与县域中职学校融通办学,可以按照“五个统一”在管理制度、专业衔接、教学资源共享、人才培养方案等方面进行探索和实践,缩小城乡职业教育差距,激发县域职业教育发展的活力,破解县域职业教育发展的瓶颈问题。 Under the policy support and strong promotion of the local government,the Municipal Higher Vocational Colleges and the county secondary vocational schools are integrated to run schools.According to the"Five Unifications",the exploration and practice of the integration of secondary and higher vocational schools are carried out in the aspects of management system,professional connection,teach⁃ing resource sharing,talent training program,etc.,so as to provide the first experience for the integration of secondary and higher vocation⁃al education mode,narrow the gap between urban and rural vocational education,stimulate the vitality of the development of county voca⁃tional education and solve the bottleneck of the development of county vocational education.
