在我国新冠肺炎疫情突发及应对中,志愿服务发挥了重要作用。透过新冠肺炎疫情审视我国志愿服务的发展及文化积淀,可以发现我国志愿文化具有民族精神基因传承、实践基础推进和全新时代发展机遇等生长性特征。同时,受疫情激发的志愿文化,在理念影响、媒介创新及发展规范等方面生长力表现突出。在推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化发展转型期,探索疫情后我国志愿文化生长路径,是新时期社会主义现代化建设的必然要求和选择。

During the control of COVID-19 epidemic,the voluntary service has played an important role in many fields.We analyze the characteristics of the voluntary service and the voluntary culture.During the past years,the voluntary culture has accumulated a lot based on the inheritance of national spirit gene,the fundamental of our modernization construction,the opportunity for development of the new Times.Motivated by the novel coronavirus,the voluntary culture has appeared a great change in the affections of its spirits,the innovation of its transmitting medias,the standard of its development,etc.Facing the opportunity of the process of promoting the modernization of the country's governance system and governance capacity,it is necessary and important to analyze the way to improve the development of the voluntary culture.
