摘要
降低碳排放,保护环境是最近几年的热门话题。为了考察浙江省各城市的工业环境效率值以及区域之间的差异,运用SBM-Undesirable模型和泰尔指数法对浙江省2010—2017年数据进行分析,可知,研究期内浙江省整体工业环境效率值处于中等水平,区域之间差距较大,还有很大的发展空间。从空间分布可以看出,环境效率值大致呈现浙北>浙南>浙中的局面,同时区域之间的差异是浙江省工业环境效率地域差距产生的主要原因。
Reducing carbon emissions and protecting the environment have been hot topics in recent years.In order to investigate the industrial environmental efficiency values of different cities different regions in Zhejiang province,the SBM-Undesirable model and Theil index method were used to analyze the data of Zhejiang province from 2010 to 2017.It can be seen that the overall industrial environmental efficiency value of Zhejiang province during the study period was at a medium level,with a large gap between regions,and there was still much room for development.From the spatial distribution,it can be seen that the value of environmental efficiency roughly shows the situation of northern Zhejiang>Southern Zhejiang>Central Zhejiang.At the same time,regional differences are the main reason for the regional disparity of industrial environmental efficiency in Zhejiang.
