摘要
“双高计划”是实现高等职业教育现代化的战略举措。打造高水平“双师”队伍是“双高计划”建设的重要改革发展任务之一。但一些高职院校在人事激励机制方面还存在绩效分配缺乏激励、职称评聘缺乏导向、考核评价缺乏实效等问题,直接影响高职院校高水平“双师”队伍的建设。在“双高计划”背景下,高职院校应在强化绩效管理、优化绩效分配、建立职称评聘导向、重视人文关怀等方面进一步建立健全人事激励机制,形成鲜明人才成长导向,从而有效激发办学活力,助力“双高”建设。
“Double high plan”is a strategic measure to realize the modernization of higher vocational education.It is an important task of reform and development to build a high-level“double qualified”team.However,there are still some problems in the establishment of personnel incentive mechanism in some higher vocational colleges,such as lack of incentive in performance distribution,lack of guidance in professional title evaluation,lack of effectiveness in assessment and evaluation,which directly affect the construction of high-level“double qualified”team in higher vocational colleges.Under the background of“double high plan”,higher vocational colleges should further establish and improve personnel incentive mechanism in strengthening performance management,optimizing performance distribution,establishing professional title evaluation and employment guidance,and attaching importance to human care,so as to form a distinctive talent growth orientation,effectively stimulate the vitality of running schools and promote the“double high”construction.
