基于案例的PBL教学法在高职《外科护理》教学中的应用

摘要 《外科护理》是护理专业的核心课程,用以培养学生应用外科护理基本理论和技能解决患者健康问题的能力。传统教学方法为讲授式和灌输式教学法,难以激发学生自主思考的积极性。基于案例的PBL教学法,以案例为基础,围绕案例提出问题,把理论学习设置到真实有意义的问题情境中去,能够缩短理论知识与临床实践的距离,有效激发学生学习兴趣,培养科学临床思维,提高分析问题及解决问题的能力。 The course of surgical nursing is essential for nursing students,as it cultivates students’ability to apply basic theories and skills of surgical nursing to solve patients’health problems.However,traditional teaching methods,which are based on lectures and homework,hardly inspire students’enthusiasm for independent thinking.In this case study,problem-based learning(PBL)was implemented in surgical nursing teaching by raising questions based on specific cases,setting real and practical scenarios for theories learning.Through this method,students can better relate the theoretical knowledge to clinical practice,therefore be more motivated in studying the major,and their abilities of analyzing clinical cases,solving problems and cooperating with others can be strengthened.
