摘要
为高校开展中医养生保健教育与健康促进提供参考依据,采用超星学习通学习平台,抽取龙岩某高校在校大学生620名,调查大学生对中医养生的认知及中医养生保健素养水平。结果表明,大学生的中医养生保健素养整体水平不高,不同性别、专业、居住地的大学生中医养生保健素养水平差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过学研相辅、因材施教,加大中医养生知识普及,提高中医养生保健知识的运用,有利于提高大学生的中医养生保健素养。
In order to provide reference for the health education and health promotion of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in colleges and universities,620 college students in Longyan were selected by using the Super Star learning platform to study the college students’cognition and quality level of health care of TCM.The results showed that the overall level of college students’TCM health literacy was not high,and the differences of different genders,majors and places of residence were statistically significant(P<0.05).By combining learning and research,teaching students according to their aptitude,promoting the popularization and application of TCM health care knowledge,it is beneficial to improve college students’TCM health care quality.
