教育扶贫须以提升基础教育质量为保障 被引量:8

Education Poverty Alleviation Must Be Guaranteed by Improving the Quality of Basic Education

摘要 依靠教育扶贫须首先解决教育自身贫困问题。随着教育后扶贫时代来临,贫困地区“有学上”的问题基本解决,但“上好学”的问题仍较为突出。为进一步提升教育扶贫成效,须着重发展公平而有质量的基础教育,解决能力型贫困问题,为贫困人口提供更多发展机会和选择自由,继而提升贫困群体教育获得感和可持续生计能力。具体而言,可采取以下措施:改造传统农业,提升贫困人口教育需求;直面民生改善诉求,确立实用取向的教育质量观;转变教育扶贫方式,将学校内涵发展作为投入重点;拓宽教育扶贫范围,促进各级各类教育协同发展。 Poverty alleviation through education must overcome the poverty of education itself.With the advent of poverty alleviation after education,the problem of“going to school”has been basically solved in poverty-stricken areas,but the problem of“going to school”is still prominent.In order to further improve the effectiveness of poverty alleviation through education,it is necessary to focus on the development of fair and quality basic education,solve the problem of power poverty,provide the poor with more development opportunities and freedom of choice,and then enhance their sense of educational attainment and sustainable livelihood.To be specific,the following measures can be taken:to transform traditional agriculture and increase the educational needs of the poor;Face up to the demands of improving people's livelihood and establish a practical educational quality view;Change the way of poverty alleviation through education and focus on the development of schools.We will expand the scope of poverty alleviation through education and promote coordinated development of education at all levels and of all types.
