醒脑开窍法治疗顽固性面瘫60例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 60 cases of Facial Paralysis Sequelas Treated with Acupuncture of“XNKQ”

目的:观察醒脑开窍法治疗顽固性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:选取北京市石景山区中医医院2016年4月至2019年4月期间收治的60例顽固性面瘫患者随机分成对照组和观察组,各30例,其中对照组运用常规针刺法进行治疗,观察组运用醒脑开窍法进行针刺治疗,两组均每日进行针刺,1周5次后休息2 d,10次为1疗程,3个疗程后观察临床效果。结果:观察组总有效率为96.66%,明显高于对照组90.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑开窍法治疗顽固性面瘫,疗效满意。

Objective To observe the effect of"XNKQ"acupuncture on facial paralysis sequela.Methods 60 patients with sequelae of facial paralysis were randomly divided into observer group(30 cases)and control group(30cases).The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,while the observer group was treated with the method of"XNKQ"acupuncture,1 times/d,and above points were retained for 20 min,5d/weeks,rest 2D.Continuous treatment for 10 days was 1 courses.Continuous treatment for 3 courses,to determine the curative effect.Results The total effective rate of the observer group was 96.66%,which were better than 90%of control group.Compared between two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture with“XNKQ”method is effective in treating facial paralysis sequela is satisfying.
