吉林省教育学院在全省教师培训领域发挥着龙头引领作用,实施"教师培训提质增效工程",集结优质资源,协同创新,助推我省教师培训工作的进一步发展,着力做好以下几点工作:一是深化"研培一体"模式的特色优势,双轮驱动,推动学院事业持续发展;二是用好吉林省"国家教师发展协同创新实验基地"这一强有力阵地,协同创新,打造教师培养的示范"模子";三是加强"吉林省中小学教师研修网"建设,加速实现信息化,加快新时代全省教师培训工作的现代化;四是推进培训制度建设,强化制度创新,为培训工作提供全方位保障;五是彰显"进德修业,自强不息"校训精神,培育特有的培训文化,发挥文化的"铸魂"功能;六是扩大学院教师培训工作的辐射面,开拓合作空间,获得更广泛的社会影响力。
