摘要 构建基于学科核心素养的普通高中课程、教学、考试评价一体化改革,从新课程的视角来破解新高考带来的困难与挑战。新高考改革带来的困难与挑战:单一的考试视角,选择性的考试设计,选考模式使学科教学组合模式多样化,强基计划将加强基础学科教育教学改革。从新课程的视角去破解新高考改革的难题:理顺课程教材、教育教学、考试评价三者之间的关系,坚持文理不分科的改革初心,递进式地选择适合的选考模式,通过学科建设进行深层次的教育教学改革。构建基于学科核心素养的课程、教学、考试评价一体化改革:要务实、有序、平稳、创新地推进普通高中新课程改革和高考综合改革,加强新课程实施指导意见与高考综合改革方案顶层设计的一致性,基于学科核心素养深入开展教育教学和考试评价改革。 Constructing the curriculum,teaching and examination evaluation integration reform of senior high school based on the subject core quality can solve the difficulties and challenges brought by the new college entrance examination from the perspective of the new curriculum.The difficulties and challenges brought about by the reform of the new college entrance examination are:a single examination perspective,selective examination design,the mode of selective examination which makes the combination mode of subject teaching diversified,and the strong foundation plan will strengthen the reform of basic subject education and teaching.From the perspective of the new curriculum to solve the problem of the reform of the new college entrance examination:straighten out the relationship among the teaching materials,education and teaching,examination and evaluation,adhere to the original intention of the reform of liberal arts and science regardless of the subject,select the appropriate examination mode step by step,and carry out the deep education and teaching reform through the subject construction.To build an integrated reform of curriculum,teaching and examination evaluation based on the core quality of the discipline:to push forward the new curriculum reform and the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination in general high school in a pragmatic,orderly,stable and innovative way,to strengthen the consistency between the implementation guidance of the new curriculum and the top-level design of the comprehensive reform plan of the college entrance examination,and to carry out in-depth education,teaching and examination evaluation reform based on the core quality of the discipline.
