摘要 教师是教育之本,只有高素质的教师队伍,才能打造一流的学校,而骨干教师又是学校师资队伍的栋梁。中小学骨干教师是一个集实践经验与教学智慧于一身的群体,在整个教师队伍中处于中坚地位,更好的发挥中小学骨干教师在教学改革中的引领辐射和带动作用已经成为教师培训工作成果转化的关键。采取提炼教学智慧、搭建教研平台、导师跟踪制、唤醒成长自觉等几个方面促进骨干教师成果转化。 Teachers are the basis of education.Only high-quality teachers can build a first-class school,and the backbone teachers are the pillars of the teaching staff.The backbone teachers in primary and middle schools are a group that combines practical experience and teaching wisdom,and are in a key position in the whole teaching staff,to give full play to the leading and leading role of the backbone teachers in the teaching reform has become the key to the transformation of the results of teacher training.Abstract the teaching wisdom,set up the teaching research platform,the tutor follow-up system,wake up the growth consciousness and so on to promote the core teachers achievement transformation.
