摘要
我国中小学继续教育工程实施中,很多省份创造了"研训一体"的教师培训模式,"校本研修"以教师专业化发展为目标,强调"知行合一",关注教师的情感与体验,对提高教师专业化素质,最终提高学校的教学水平和育人功能有重要意义。本文先从解释校本研修的概念和相关概念入手,进而论述了校本研修平台的构建,探讨了校本研究的评价模式和管理策略,为校本研修提供更为广阔的认识背景。
In the implementation of the continuing education project in primary and secondary schools in China,many provinces have created a teacher training mode of"research and training in one".School-based training aims at the professional development of teachers,emphasizes the unity of knowledge and practice,pays attention to the emotion and experience of teachers,there is great significance to improve the professional quality of teachers and ultimately the teaching level and education function of schools.This paper starts with the explanation of the concept of school-based research and related concepts,and then discusses the construction of school-based research platform,discusses the evaluation mode and management strategy of school-based research,and provides a broader understanding background for school-based research.
