Probe into the Construction of New-type Public Security Think Tank

2013年习近平总书记对国务院发展研究中心"国外智库管理体系课题组"智库建设研究报告作出重要批示,标志着我国智库建设进入新阶段。2014年,习近平总书记在中央全面深化改革领导小组第六次会议上,对中国特色新型智库建设进行总体部署,强调要重视"专业化智库"建设。我国新型智库建设与"智库观"不可分离,新型智库的概念、特征与"智库观"的内涵与要求,是我国建设新型公安智库的前提与基础,进而在此基础上,对新型公安智库在战略机制、人才管理与合作交流这三个方面加以完善,明确我国新型公安智库的建设发展路径。

in 2013,general secretary xi jinping gave important instructions to the research report on the construction of think tanks in the"foreign think tank management system research group"of the development research center of the state council,marking a new stage in the construction of think tanks in our country.In 2014,General Secretary Xi Jinping made overall arrangements for the construction of a new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics at the sixth meeting of the leading group for the overall deepening of reform of the Central Committee,emphasizing the importance of the construction of a"specialized think tank".The new think-tank construction and"think-tank view"can not be separated.The concept,characteristics and connotation and requirement of the new thinktank are the premise and foundation of the new public security think-tank construction in our country.The public security think-tank has been perfected in three aspects:strategic mechanism,talent management and cooperation and exchange.
