Skin biopsy is very important for the diagnosis,differential diagnosis,classification,treatment and prognosis of many skin diseases,so it is a necessary skill for dermatologists.Several techniques are employed,including shave biopsy,snip or scissors biopsy,punch biopsy,incisional biopsy,and excision,which need to be selected according to the specific lesions.
