高龄患者颞部巨大鳞癌切除后等面积取皮法植皮1例

A Case of Equal Area Skin Grafting After Resection of Giant Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Temporal Region in the Elderly

患者男,85岁,右颞部褐色斑片10年,增大伴疼痛4个月。皮损组织病理提示符合鳞状细胞癌(中分化)。诊断为:中分化鳞状细胞癌。手术完整切除瘤体后,予以等面积双半圆取皮法及全厚皮片移植修复肿瘤切除后较大缺损创面。本篇对等面积双半圆取皮,全厚皮片移植修复肿瘤切除后较大缺损创面方法、疗效进行简要综述,供相似患者的创面修复及取皮方法的参考。

A 85-year-old man presented with brown patch of right temporal region for 10 years.The histopathological findings of the lesions were consistent with squamous cell carcinoma.Diagnosis:moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma.After complete resection of the tumor,double semicircle skin extraction with equal area and full thickness skin graft were used to repair the large defect after resection of the tumor.In this paper,the methods and effects of equal area double semicircle skin grafting and full thickness skin grafting to repair the large defect wound after tumor resection were briefly reviewed for the reference of similar patients.
