提高全员党建参与度的方法研究

Research on the Methods of Improving the Participation of All Members in Party Building Based on Role-Demand Model

本文从角色理论出发,分析了基层部门多个个体在不同组织中所扮演的角色定位,分析整理出他们基于党建工作这一共同的目标行为所表现出来的不同需求,并根据其差异化的需求特性,从“三个转变”着手总结出一套提高全员党建参与度的方法。

Based on the role theory,this paper analyzes the roles of multiple groups in different organizations of grass-roots departments,and analyzes and sorts out their different needs based on the common goal of doing Party building work.According to the differentiated needs and starting from the“Three Changes”,this paper summarizes a set of methods to improve the participation of all members in Party building.
