摘要
本文简要介绍了我国信息化建设从基础设施阶段经过强调应用阶段,开始进入深度融合阶段的过程中,企业人才培训的相关发展情况。通过引入智慧校园建设的概念和探索,使得人才资源、培训过程和人才信息等要素深度融合,从而建立起更加开放、更具活力、更有实效的企业人才培训“新形态”。
This paper briefly introduces the relevant development of corporate talent training in the development of information construction in China from the infrastructure stage to the emphasis on application stage to the current deep integration stage.Through introduction of the concept of smart campus and relevant exploration,the deep integration of human resources,training processes and talent information has been enabled,so as to establish a“new form”of corporate talent training that is more open,more dynamic and more effective.
