Comparative Analysis of IELTS and HSK Official Test Papers Based on Judgement Questions and the Answer Items

雅思和HSK都为权威的二语标准化水平测试,判断题是二者的常见题型。基于判断题及选项对现有雅思和HSK真题的详细考察。在题型分布和题量占比上,雅思判断题出现在阅读中,就全部真题而言,数量最大,稳定性最强,但历次数量和占比有所不同;HSK判断题分布有分级、分技能的选择性,且题量和难度上有层次性,历次各级别数量和占比固定不变。在选项设置上,雅思有肯定、否定、无法判断三种,且肯定、否定项以对/错和是/否区分事实和观点;HSK有对、错两个选项,不区分事实和观点。答案选项数量和占比上,雅思一般三项都会涉及,肯定、否定项每次数量变动不定,无法判断项与其他两项相比存在少于、持平、超出或缺失四种情况;HSK历次各级试卷对、错数量和占比分布规整,呈现惊人的绝对均等。经由判断题及选项对雅思和HSK真题的对比分析,对汉语国际教育背景下HSK的效度、认知和思维层面的研究具有启示意义。

IELTS and HSK are both authoritative standardized tests of second language,and judgement questions are the sharing types of them.Based on the detailed examination of the IELTS and HSK official test papers,this paper points out that:In terms of distribution of proportion,IELTS judgement questions appear in the reading section,with the largest number,the strongest stability,but different in each test;HSK judgement questions distribute listening and reading parts of different four levels with fixed numbers,always keeping the same proportion in each test.For the options setting,there are three kinds of answers items in IELTS,True/False or Yes/No and Not Given are generally involved,while distinguishes fact or opinion by using True/False or Yes/No;HSK just has two kinds which are True and False.For the answer items,IELTS generally involves three kinds,but it changes in each test;comparing with other two items,there are four situations of the number of Not Given,which are less,equal,more or missing;the proportion of True/False of each test paper of HSK distributes in the same way,shows a remarkable absolutely equality.Through the comparative analysis of the judgement questions of IELTS and HSK,it is of great significance to research the HSK validity and the cognition and thinking in the context of international education of Chinese.
