摘要
在现有研究的基础上,基于制造商参与供应商新产品开发项目的特定背景,将距离分为地理距离、制度距离、组织距离、认知距离和社会距离五个维度,实证分析了距离因素对合作创新绩效的影响。研究发现供应商与制造商间地理距离对合作创新绩效具有负向影响;制度距离对合作创新绩效具有倒U型影响;组织距离、认知距离和社会距离对合作创新绩效具有正向影响;同时,地理距离对认知距离与合作创新之间的关系具有正向调节作用。
Based on existing researches and in the context of manufacturers participating in new product development projects of suppliers,we divided the concept of distance into five dimensions,namely geographic distance,institutional distance,organizational distance,cognitive distance and social distance,and then analyzed empirically the influence of the distance factors on cooperative innovation performance.Through the study,we found that geographic distance between suppliers and manufacturers would negatively affect cooperative innovation performance;institutional distance had inverted U-shaped effect on cooperative innovation performance;organizational distance,cognitive distance,and social distance had positive effect on cooperative innovation performance;meanwhile,geographic distance had positive regulating effect on the relationship between cognitive distance and cooperative innovation performance.
