马来西亚登嘉楼开启桥高耸异形变截面塔楼施工技术

摘要 马来西亚登嘉楼开启桥主墩塔楼的塔体结构复杂,塔身连接构件多,周边条件复杂,给施工带来较大难度。为此,在塔楼测量控制、模板体系、外脚手架、施工平台及垂直运输布置等方面,对塔楼进行了方案设计和施工策划。经实施,相关技术措施保证了项目施工过程的有序进行,取得了良好的社会和经济效益。 The main pier tower of Tenggarou bascule bridge in Malaysia has complex structure,with many connecting components and complex surrounding conditions,which makes the construction more difficult.For this reason,in the aspects of tower survey control,formwork system,external scaffolding,construction platform and vertical transportation layout,the scheme design and construction planning are carried out for the tower.After implementation,the relevant technical measures have ensured the orderly construction process of the project and achieved good social and economic benefits.
