大直径筒仓钢筋混凝土锥斗模板的设计与施工 被引量:2

摘要 为规避大直径筒仓钢筋混凝土筒仓矩形锥斗模板施工中,传统方式由于受作业空间狭小限制、支模操作复杂,难度较大,且模板的施工质量和安全难以保证,导致的混凝土浇筑过程中出现模板变形和影响模板施工安全等问题,创新采用了一种拼装式组合模板和组合式支撑架。该拼装式组合模板和组合式支撑架可简化矩形锥斗模板支设、安装,更好地保证模板支撑系统受力、保证安装精度,并可以极大地减少支撑钢管和木方使用量,拆卸方便、周转次数增加、缩短施工时间。 In order to avoid the problems of formwork deformation and the safety risk of formwork construction in the process of concrete pouring caused by the limitation of working space, the complex operation of formwork erection and the difficulty of ensuring the quality and safety of formwork construction in the traditional way, a type of fabricated composite formwork and composite support frame are innovatively adopted. The fabricated composite formwork and the composite support frame can simplify the erection and installation of the rectangular cone bucket formwork, guarantee the load bearing of the formwork support system and the installation accuracy, greatly reduce the use of the supporting steel pipe and the timber, facilitate the disassembly, increase the turnover times and shorten the construction time.
