摘要 结合浙江某超高层综合体项目,对超高层综合体建筑机电深化设计过程中需要关注的问题进行了分析。通过对机电管线与结构、装饰、幕墙等进行统筹考虑,降低了机电工程的安装难度,保证了施工质量、提升了项目的效益和实用价值,可为机电深化设计人员提供参考。 Combined with a super high-rise complex project in Zhejiang Province,the problems that need to be paid attention to in the process of mechanical and electrical design of super high-rise complex buildings are analyzed.Through the overall consideration on mechanical and electrical pipeline and structure,decoration,curtain wall,etc.,the installation difficulty of mechanical and electrical engineering is reduced,the construction quality is guaranteed,and the benefit and practical value of the project are improved,which can provide reference for mechanical and electrical designers.
