摘要
结合九棵树(上海)未来艺术中心道路工程,对车行道透水混凝土的原材料配合比进行了研究。在确定了混凝土基本配合比和通过试验确定了试件成形方式的基础上,通过对不同的外中剂、胶凝体系、集料掺入后,对混凝土透水性能的影响进行试验研究,确定了最终的混凝土配合比。结合混凝土试生产中发现的问题,在实际生产之前对碎石进行了湿润,使得最终完工的透水混凝土车行道的在确保承载力的基础上,透水性能满足设计要求。所总结的经验可为透水混凝土在车行道的应用中提供参考。
Based on the roadway engineering of Jiukeshu(Shanghai)future art center,the raw material mix proportion of permeable concrete for roadway is studied.Based on the determination of the basic mix proportion of concrete and the determination of the molding method of the specimen by the test,through the experimental research on the influence of different admixtures,cementitious systems and aggregates on the water permeability of concrete,the final mix proportion of concrete is determined.Combined with the problems identified in the trial production of concrete,the crushed stone is wetted before the actual production,the permeable performance of the final completed permeable concrete roadway meets the design requirements on the basis of ensuring the bearing capacity.The summarized experience can provide reference for the application of permeable concrete in roadway.
