摘要 结合上海市北虹路立交工程跨越中环线、苏州河施工难点,针对施工期间需要保障城市骨架路中环线和苏州河6级航道正常运行的需求,提出了钢箱梁大跨度悬臂拼装施工成套技术。通过钢箱梁节段划分、拼装定位、大跨度悬臂拼装受力分析以及落架与体系转换等技术的综合应用,有效缓解了城市核心区高架桥梁施工对既有交通运行的干扰。工程实践表明:该技术具有良好的工程适用性,可为中心城区大跨度桥梁施工提供借鉴。 Combined with the difficulties in the construction of Beihong Road viaduct project across the middle ring road and Suzhou River in Shanghai, in view of the need to ensure the normal operation of the middle ring road of urban key road and the level 6 waterway of Suzhou River during the construction period, a complete set of construction technology of steel box girder with long-span cantilever is put forward. Through the comprehensive application of technologies such as the division of steel box girder segments, assembly and positioning, long-span cantilever assembly force analysis, and landing gear and system conversion, the interference of the viaduct construction on the existing traffic operation in the urban core area has been effectively alleviated. The engineering practice shows that the technology has good engineering applicability, which provides a reference for the construction of long-span bridges in the central urban area.
