摘要
上海中环线沪闵高架路立交西向南匝道新建工程中的大跨度钢箱梁同时跨越地铁一号线、沪杭铁路、虹梅路跨线桥、人行地道等重要设施,吊装环境非常复杂。针对这一现状,通过对跨线桥承载能力的验算、对吊装工况进行模拟和分析以及将钢箱梁合理分段,验证了上桥吊装的可行性,确保了钢箱梁吊装的安全,对复杂环境条件下的钢箱梁吊装具有显著的借鉴价值。
The large-span steel box girder in the new project of West to South Ramp of Humin viaduct Road interchange of Shanghai central ring road crosses important facilities such as Metro Line 1, Shanghai Hangzhou railway, Hongmei Road overpass bridge, pedestrian underpass, etc. At the same time, the hoisting environment is very complex. In view of this situation, through the checking calculation of the bearing capacity of the overpass bridge, the simulation and analysis of the hoisting conditions and the reasonable segmentation of the steel box girder, the feasibility of the hoisting of the upper bridge is verified, the safety of the hoisting of the steel box girder is ensured, and the hoisting of the steel box girder in the complex environment has significant reference value.
